W. Vos & Co (Pty) Ltd has announced that we will cease trading from 30th September 2014. This announcement does not come lightly, as they have had a very sound and mutually beneficial relationship with all their customers, many of them over a considerable period.
W. Vos & Co (Pty) Ltd started trading in the late 1960’s, and has served commerce and industry with German made RENZ binding products and IDEAL shredding and cutting machines for the past four decades.
This closure has come about as Robert Vos reached retirement age earlier this year, and wanted to ensure that their major brands could carry on seamlessly and with renewed vigour and enthusiasm into the future.
The company has advised that from 1 October 2014 all RENZ binding products have found a new home with Fellowes Beswick. The Fellowes Beswick Group, also a family owned business, has an impeccable reputation for quality service and sound management practices. RENZ binding and laminating machines, together with their respective quality supplies, will be incorporated into their print finishing division. Their sales and technical staff will be trained in all aspects of RENZ products, and certain of our existing staff members will be joining them to ensure seamless continuity of, among other supplies, ringwire spools and cut wire pieces.
W. Vos & Co (Pty) Ltd have enjoyed a rewarding relationship as the distributor in Gauteng and neighbouring provinces for Maynards Office Technology, the importers of IDEAL shredding machines, guillotines, trimmers and folding machines. From 1st October Maynards will be incorporating the IDEAL range of products into their branch in Meadowdale. We wish Maynards much success with the extension of this superior brand into their Gauteng branch.
