Ricoh will once again be exhibiting at the Africa Print RoadShow in Durban on March 14 and 15 at the Durban ICC this year. The event is the biggest of its kind for the regions production printing calendar and is therefore important to Ricoh.

Its the biggest single event in KZN for us to reach our clients and show off some of the latest technologies and solutions we have, said Rob Wilson, regional manager at Ricoh SAs Durban branch. We use it to generate leads, customers are also exposed to the tried and tested products that they continue to support, and we gain invaluable feedback from them that enables us to align our services and solutions accordingly.

Ricoh SA is an ardent supporter of the Africa Print RoadShows, following the immense success it experienced with the Johannesburg Expo over the years.

Ricoh SA will exhibit three devices: a duplex copy printer, high volume mono device, and a mid-range colour device.

The DX4640PD is a fast, duplex machine designed to run high volumes in one continuous process. Its network-ready, offers flexible paper handling, prints up to A3 sizes and its easy to operate. It offers both walk-up and desktop printing. Its designed for extremely rapid, single pass, double-sided printing at a lower cost than other high output multifunction devices, said Wilson.

Ricohs Pro 1107EX digital imaging system is also designed to deliver high speeds along with flexibility and fail-safe reliability. Its aimed at maximising productivity in production environments, from adding capacity for commercial printers or corporate production environments and pushes out black and white at 110 pages per minute with versatile inline finishing options. The Pro1107EX turns jobs around faster and improves efficiencies, said Wilson.

The Aficio MP C6501SP/MP and C7501SP focus on high productivity, high reliability, and high quality. If you want to get high quality, then accept no substitution, said Wilson. Its the truly multifunction solution with printing, scanning, and optional fax, in colour. And it gives customers one-pass duplex scanning that streamlines workflows.
