Printech Engineering showcased a wide range of German-manufactured finishing products from Stago at the Africa Print Expo, which took place from 2-4 July 2014 at Gallagher Convention Centre.

NRM 330
The NRM 330 semi automatic creasing machine was developed specifically for digital printing and short-run offset printing. The professional bar creasing method prevents damage to the surface when folding high-quality prints up to a paperweight of 400g/sqm. The NRM 330 comes with two creasing widths as standard. The tool-free exchange takes only five seconds. The NRM 330 produces the highest quality flyers, brochures, greeting cards or folded business cards, even on coated paper or prints with large dark areas.
ESM 20
The ESM 20 is an extremely robust round cornering machine for radii, straight and angled cuts. A perfect cutting result is achieved by the interaction of the replaceable, through-hardened, precision-ground cutting tools made of high quality steel, with very precise guides and stops. It is ideal for giving business cards, playing cards, calendars, brochures, etc., an individual and professional design. In addition to paper, cardboard, textiles, leather, plastics and light metals can also be processed.
PB 2015 S2
The PB 2000 series machines are true workhorses at medium to high runs. They are designed for continuous daily use in offices, law firms, schools, government agencies, copy shops, and small print shops. The machines enable consistently accurate double-punched holes in paper stacks of up to 60 mm. The ergonomic machine design allows an almost effortless operation by hand lever or foot pedal.
USM 140
The USM series of staplers feature the highest variability and an enormous stapling capacity of up to 250 sheets (80g plain paper). Depending on the model, stapling with up to six stapling heads is possible. The spacing can be freely selected within the range of 40-360 mm. An active clencher matrix and an infinitely variable stapling thickness adjustment guarantee a perfect stapling result. Due to the very short conversion times between different usage scenarios (flat-, saddle stapler, flat-, loop staple, different dimensions, etc.), the USM series is economical on short runs.
