Primera Printing will present its latest innovations in label printing and label application technology together with its new products at Labelexpo Europe, stand number 9F55. Primeras new products include the AP550e Label Applicator and LP130e Laser Marking System.
The new LP130e Laser Marking System enables fast and easy in-house production of labels and tags for use in a wide range of severe and harsh-duty applications. Finished labels and tags are extremely robust and do not require lamination to withstand extended exposure to UV light, chemicals, liquids and temperatures of up to 300C.
The new AP550e is a semi-automatic label applicator that makes it fast and easy to precisely apply product and identification labels onto a wide range of flat surfaces. AP550e is the perfect accessory for labels produced by Primeras popular LX- and CX-Series colour label printers and digital label presses. Together, they provide a complete print-and-apply solution thats ideal for a wide range of manufacturers and service bureaus.
Primeras label combos will also be exhibited, the CX1000e/FX1000e and the CX1200e/FX1200e will be presented at the manufacturers stand.
The CX1200e is the perfect solution for service bureaus and a broad range of manufacturers who need to print from just a few labels to tens of thousands of labels at a time. Digital label printing has many advantages versus other printing technologies, including the elimination of plates, set-up, make-ready and clean-up.
The FX1200e is an off-line label production machine that accepts up to 305 mm (12) O.D. rolls of printed output from digital label presses. It finishes the printed output with several different operations including: lamination, digital die-cutting, waste matrix removal,slitting and rewinding. Utilizing Primeras patent-pending QuadraCut™ technology, virtually any size and shape of label can be produced including complicated contour cuts, without the need to purchase expensive rotary or flat dies.
