The collaboration entails the integration of the OneVision automated label printing software solution, DigiLabel, working seamlessly with the Screen Equios Workflow, which streamlines production time and helps achieve cost and production savings.
The integration of the two software solutions with the Screen high-speed Truepress Jet L350UV and L350UV+ inkjet label presses ensures smooth production workflows. In addition to streamlining the prepress stage, DigiLabel optimises the entire process from order receipt through artwork preparation for printing, production planning and automated job transmission to printing and stamping presses.

While the Equios Workflow focuses on ripping PDF files and providing printer queue management, high-end screening, colour matching and spot colour adjustments, DigiLabel supplies Equios with optimised PDF files, including any required register marks, correct bleeds as well as any required white masks and varnish masks. The preparation of the PDF files ahead of the printing process accelerates the entire printing process, guaranteeing a consistently high degree of quality. The continuous supply of correct and optimised printing data further heightens the utilisation of the highly productive Truepress Jet L350UV and provides increased throughput.
