As part of its desire to increase its production printing offering and explore new markets, Nashua is exhibiting at the Africa Print RoadShow in Cape Town at the Cape Town Convention Centre from 20-21 June, as well as at the Africa Print Expo in Johannesburg in August. The company already has a production print room in Edenvale, Johannesburg that showcases all of its production printing solutions.
Nashua will showcase the PROC 651EX colour device. The series takes digital light production printing to another level. It offers extremely high image quality VCSEL – (Vertical Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser) technology for razor sharp 4800dpi. PxP Polymerised toner and oil-less fusing technology for accurate, smooth offset-like image quality. It also offers outstanding media versatility with broad media support, improved fusing unit and high productivity regardless of paper thickness up to 300gsm; as well as exceptional durability – 180k maximum monthly volume and 65 or 75ppm colour/mono (A4).
It will also showcase the PRO 1357 EX, a complete, modular powerhouses designed to handle your high volume print orders efficiently. Highly reliable and customisable with a unique range of finishing functions, this system is guaranteed to make a difference. It offers outstanding productivity, optimum reliability and durability, full colour scanning, a variety of print controllers and the widest choice of in-line finishing options.
From a solutions side, the company will be using and demonstrating Planet Press and Doc Form software.
The company will also run a competition over the two days of the RoadShow, where all visitors to its stand who hand in their business cards will go into a draw to win an Apple iPad 2.
