Nashua Limiteds partnership with HP, which has been in place since 2009, has already made a noteworthy difference to Nashua’s customers.
Our partnership with HP has enhanced our product portfolio and offering, and has given us the opportunity to provide further solutions to the market by providing the best product fit for our clients. In return, HP acquired a new and larger sales and service footprint. Together we can offer our clients enhanced services and an improved return on investment, said Nashua’s HP Divisional Manager, Ford Spies.
Spies said that Nashua’s reason for partnering with HP was due to the fact that the company is considered a world leader in the IT environment. The relationship was originally established based on a need from Nashua’s franchise channel to bolster its product range, especially in terms of its printing options.
Since becoming a preferred partner of HP, Nashua has been recognised several times by the company. In 2011 they won the award for the Highest Growth Imaging and Printing Partner in South Africa, an award which was based on Nashua focus in the contractual and solutions segment.
In 2013, Nashua was awarded an International DesignJet (large format printers) Top Partner Award for the Middle East, Mediterranean and African region, based on certain criteria which included sales, service, reporting, communication, delivery, forecasting, participation in events, training, and in-house accreditation.
Spies added that Nashua’s partnership with HP will continue to add great value to its business, moving forward. As we are now viewed as one of HP’s top Partners in Southern Africa, we have no doubt that the expectation for Nashua to deliver outstanding service will continue to increase and look forward to meeting and exceeding these expectations. In addition, HP will continue to play an important role in the growth of our company’s business into the foreseeable future.
We have a concrete and sustainable relationship with HP with exciting developments and prospects moving forward. Our synergies moving forward will only serve to create further success for both parties.
