The SmartLase® UV500 is capable of rapid coding for traceability including advanced text messages, logos and complex 2D codes. This new, powerful and robust UV printer has been engineered to provide unsurpassed marking speed for fast and demanding applications. Virtually maintenance-free, the SmartLase® UV500 reduces operational expenses (OPEX) through fewer line stoppages and no added costs like expensive consumables or external cooling. Industry 4.0-optimised and with a variety of industrial interfaces such as Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, and NGPCL, the SmartLase® UV500 has also full-featured CoLOS® software support capacity – allowing for accurate, smart and optimised message design and data management across the factory from a remote location.
Designed with reliability and safety at its heart and with Ingress Protection up to 55, the SmartLase® UV500 is designed for challenging manufacturing environments.
