Komori America has reported that several of its customers received awards at the Gold Ink Awards, spanning several different categories including commercial printing, books, magazines and more.
Komori customers were recognised in 28 different categories, including 38 awards for commercial printing, 28 awards for books, 19 awards for magazines, 5 awards for catalogues, 2 awards for packaging and 2 awards for digital printing. Winning pieces are chosen based on print quality, technical difficulty and overall visual effect.
Among Komori’s customers that won Gold Ink Awards was print and direct marketing solutions provider, SG360. ‘There is nothing more fulfilling than helping our customers achieve their direct marketing goals. However, we’re always thrilled to be recognised by our industry peers,’ said Jeana Garms, vice president of marketing for SG360. ‘Through our long-standing relationship with Komori, we’re able to continually achieve both aspects. Take for instance the Gold Ink Awards, where we earned Gold honours for our ‘What If….’ campaign and Silver honours for the Epsilon and Purepoint Financial campaign, both of which were produced on Komori presses.’
‘We are honoured that our customers chose to partner with Komori to create and submit these compelling pieces for an award. Receiving a Gold Ink Award speaks volumes about the creativity and innovation of our talented customers,’ said Jacki Hudmon, senior vice president sales and marketing at Komori. ‘Being recognised in 28 different categories also demonstrates the quality and versatility of the range of applications that can be printed with our offset, digital and packaging solutions. We are firmly committed to continuing to push print forward by giving Komori users the ability to expand the potential of print with the most advanced technology that makes it possible for them to achieve their business goals.’
