Jetline has selected Taopix as the platform for its Photo Solutions business. Jetline will use Taopix to support a number of product lines including wall decor (canvas), photo books, calendars and greeting cards.

Jetline is a full service one-stop-shop for printing and print solutions in South Africa. Selling to both the consumer and enterprise market, Jetline make everything from business cards to billboards.

‘I’d used Taopix for many years in my previous job. It was a very easy decision to choose Taopix for Jetline,’ said Tessa Duplooy, project manager at Jetline. ‘What I love about Taopix is the team. Taopix really listen to their customers and then build software that enables us to improve revenue with innovative and exciting solutions for our customers.’

‘Taopix’s level and frequency of innovation was a very important factor in our software selection. Innovation from our software partner is key for us to differentiate our products in order to attract and convert customers,’ said John Shalala, managing director at Jetline. ‘The Taopix platform is incredibly versatile and this allows us to be as creative as we can with our own business. We were particularly impressed with the new Easy Editor. This will allow us to promote more interesting products to our customers who prefer a more mobile device orientated experience,’ concluded Shalala.

Taopix has a well-established leadership position in providing its software to the print sector but increasingly sees a huge amount of interest from retailers and e-commerce players. ‘It’s wonderful to welcome Jetline to the Taopix family, their innovative and creative approach will be an asset to Taopix as we shape our product for the future,’ said Steffen Haaga, commercial director of Taopix. ‘While Jetline manufacture their own high quality end products, we see very clearly that their success is built out of a firm understanding of what it takes to succeed on the internet. Increasingly our new customers are strong ecommerce centric businesses, whether they manufacture or not,’ concluded Haaga.

Jetline is in the process of taking their new software live and will continue with the rollout during the remainder of 2018.
