The ColorCut FB575 has advanced software for ease of operation, a cutting table that accommodates up to one SRA3 (Tabloid Plus) sheet, and is the perfect partner for businesses to deliver truly professional digital cutting, creasing and perforation, of any shape, on a range of materials up to 600 micron, which is ideal for light and on-demand production.
The compact, high-spec B3 cutter is the entry-level to the digital-die flatbed range. Featuring the same design DNA of the new generation 75 series cutters, the FB575 will enable users to add packaging, label and POS production and prototyping to their production line.
The cutter features a 100% digital sheet cutter – no physical dies; users can cut and crease any shape on demand; it cuts card, films and labels up to 600 micron/600gsm; and has a dual-tool head for same-time cutting and creasing with up to 1kg force. It is Optical Sensor driven to accurately follow vector cut/crease lines drawn in Adobe® Illustrator® and CorelDRAW®.
The cutter has a vacuum suction media hold down table for even the smallest of items; an effective cutting area of 330 x 488mm and has dedicated ColorCut Pro cutting and creasing software, with Adobe® Illustrator® or CorelDRAW® plug-ins. The optional ColorCut Pro Server Station offers increased workflow functionality and a packaging template software package.
