HP released the new HP Sprocket portable printer at the Hard Rock Cafe in Nigeria, Lagos. The Sprocket is designed to bring back the fun of printed photos, allowing users to capture and create a variety of instant photos while sharing every experience.
Sprocket builds the bridge from social media images to personalised print-outs with the vibrant 5 x 7.6cm smudge-proof, water-resistant and tear-resistant photos to share, or peel-and-stick to decorate bedroom walls, backpacks or create collages and art projects.
The HP Sprocket App is free on iOS and Android. Users can easily customise their favourite smartphone and social media photos with colourful frames, text, stickers and filters and a lot more.
The HP Central Africa – Print Category Manager, Allison Alassan said, ‘The portable printer goes virtually anywhere, and with bluetooth connectivity, users and all their friends can connect to Sprocket via their smartphones and tablets and print and share the best pics of the day. Sprocket is available in white with rose gold accents, and black with silver accents.’
