The HP Indigo 12000 Digital Press was launched during the fifth EMEA Dscoop event, taking place in Tel Aviv, Israel from 5-7 April 2016.

The HP Indigo 12000 Digital Press is an easy fit for offset printers, offering a solution for the digital printing of any commercial application on any substrate. Use the full sheet to print canvas wall art, high-impact posters, folders, oversized books, specialty products, and more.

The press prints B2-sized sheets in colour at up to 4600 per hour. It can produce over two million colour sheets per month and print monochrome in duplex at 4600 sheets per hour. Sophisticated automation tools boost production efficiency and uptime.

HP has also improved its one-of-a-kind, field proven, digital folding carton press, the HP Indigo 30000. The HP Indigo 20000 and HP Indigo WS6800 digital presses have also been updated.

HP Indigo 30000 is equipped with an inline priming system. The press prints on substrates from 250 to 600 microns, including coated, uncoated and off-the-shelf paperboard, metallised, and synthetics, enabling the production of almost any box, sleeve, or blister application in offset quality. The high quality prints match or exceed offset, allowing them to be used interchangeably. Use up to seven ink stations on press and the widest digital colour gamut to fulfill strict brand colour requirements with up to 97% of PANTONE® colours.

HP Indigo 20000 offers end-to-end production that allows for digitally printed materials to be converted using standard finishing equipment or dedicated solutions for just-in-time, cost-effective short runs. It benefits from the HP Indigo workflow ecosystem, including the high-automation Workflow Suite Powered by Esko, and integrated MIS, pre-press and converting solutions from partners. The revolutionary HP Indigo Pack Ready ecosystem enables high performance applications and zero-cure time for immediate time to market. (Available in 2017).

HP Indigo WS6800 Digital Press is a unique solution allowing converters to produce any narrow-format label, flexible packaging, sleeve, IML, wrap-around labels or folding cartons job, with easy and quick changeovers. It supports 12 to 450 micron materials, including standard substrates with in-line priming. HP Indigo ElectroInk Premium White delivers high-opacity white in a one-pass process.
