HP DesignJet T950.

HP has announced the new DesignJet T950, T850 and XL 3800 models. Both the DesignJet T950 and T850 feature up to 2400 x 1200 optimised dpi and their applications include: line drawings, renderings, presentations, maps and posters.

The DesignJet T950 91.44cm (36 inch) printer offers an efficient A3-A1 printing experience to boost productivity. The stacker holds up to 40 pages flat for easy collection, based on test results using A1 size, plain paper, and standard configuration. Stacking capacity is subject to paper type, printed file and ambient conditions. Users can seamlessly print A3 jobs with integrated input and output trays, keeping pages sorted by size. Users can move projects forward with fast print speeds, a 91.44m (300 ft) roll, and high image quality with HP Flex Tech Inks. The product simplifies scan and copy workflows with personalised one-click shortcuts from the front panel.

It features a print speed of 21 sec/page on A1, 120 A1 prints per hour. This is the mechanical printing time, and is printed in Fast mode with Economode on, using HP Bright White Inkjet Paper (bond) and Original HP inks.

It features a print speed of 25 sec/page on A1, 90 A1 prints per hour. This is the mechanical printing time, and is printed in Fast mode with Economode on, using HP Bright White Inkjet Paper (bond) and Original HP inks.

Print A3 jobs using the integrated input tray, without manually changing from roll to sheets, and achieve high-quality CAD and renders across print sizes with HP Flex Tech Inks. Users can avoid distractions with fewer ink interventions thanks to 130/300ml cartridges. Users can also simplify scan and copy workflows with personalised one-click shortcuts from the front panel.

With HP Click, users can print in fewer steps and avoid reprinting with print preview. HP Wolf Pro Security protects the printers and data from cyberthreats without any effort. Users can share drawings and collaborate with colleagues wherever they are with the easy-to-use front-loading scanner. The printers are made with at least 40% recycled plastics. Users can invest in robust and compact plotters that are designed to last, and enjoy reduced energy and ink waste.

HP DesignJet XL 3800.

Users can keep projects moving productively and produce excellent CAD lines and graphics applications in monochrome and colour with one large format device with HP Flex Tech inks. No time is lost waiting for printouts. This printer delivers the first page out in 20 seconds (when the printer is idle and ready, performing a reprint in Fast print mode on plain paper from history in job queue after 35 seconds from the last plot and less than 3 hours).

The printer gives users an easy one-click copy and scan experience via the intuitive 38.1cm (15 inch) front panel. Optimise space with a large format printer that is 20% more compact.
