Hönle will exhibit a new development of jetCURE, the high-power and energy efficient LED system that now reaches irradiation intensities of > 18.000 mW/cm², which result in an even faster and more reliable curing of inks and coatings.
There are different versions of jetCURE LED: the slimmer one has a light aperture of 20mm and the broader one of 40mm. The length of jetCURE LED can – in 82mm-steps – be individually adapted to the application. The wavelength can be optimally adapted to the ink.
In addition, Hönle engineers managed to reduce the weight of the LED-UV unit considerably, which is a great advantage for multi-pass application, which will be shown at FESPA 2019 in Munich, taking place from 14-17 May 2019.
Another show highlight is LED Powerline AC/IC. This air-cooled UV-LED high-performance unit stands out with its light weight and its compact design, including the electronics. LED Powerline AC/IC is offered in two versions, which differ in intensity output and size of the radiation aperture (78 x 10mm or 82 x 20mm).
