Heidelberg Graphic Systems Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd has announced that Ryan Miles will join the company as Managing Director Designate from 1 August 2014. Ryan will be officially succeeding Jimmy Joujou as Managing Director from October 2014.
As Managing Director, his responsibilities will include the overall running and leadership of Heidelberg Southern Africa, encouraging business development while maintaining a successful and profitable business operation.
Miles comes to Heidelberg Southern Africa as Chief Operating Officer from the ITEC Group, a leading provider of office automation and telecommunications solutions in Southern Africa. For the last 7 years at ITEC, Miles has had the core responsibilities of managing at Group level: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Shared Services, Investments and Strategy.
Prior to joining ITEC, Miles was the Financial Director at Kodak South Africa (Pty) Ltd from 2005 until 2007.
