Grafotronic has developed three new high-end embellishing modules: one high speed flatbed screen printing module and two different high-accuracy and high-speed hot stamping and embossing modules.

The HAPTIC series allows users to produce outstanding labels using advanced hot stamping and screen printing technology. The series will deliver high performance application of specialty finishing, including metallic foiling, embossing, hologram application, spot varnish, tactile effects and textures.
Grafotronic’s new hot stamping modules features high stamping pressure, and extended dwell time for high quality, unique designs and outstanding embossing results – even on structured papers. Including a revolving head design and servo driven foil motion, both modules enable single foil and complex multi foil designs.
Among other features the Grafotronic flatbed screen printing unit includes a remotely controlled servo driven printing group and stepless low temperature UV curing system, designed for supporting every aspect of the embellishment.
