Hulco Printers, Inc. invested in a DC350NANO finishing unit from Grafisk Maskinfabrik (GM).
Due to substantial growth, Hulco has been struggling with a large order-backlog, working day and night to be able to serve the increasing demands from their label customers. This meant that Obie Hulin, owner of Hulco Printers, had to replace their two smaller units with more efficient machinery, and in January the company invested in a DC350NANO finishing unit from GM.
‘We have stepped up our game and doubled our production capacity with this one unit, and we are now years ahead in production efficiency. With the smoothness in the design, craftsmanship and the quality in finishing, the GM NANO is a Ferrari in our facility,’ said Hulin.
‘The support from GM has been no less than outstanding. Everything they promised from the start they have delivered, and more. The process from installation and training to running in full production was such a smooth transition, and we have learned so much from them. I can recommend both the machine and the support from GM to anyone I know.’
Today, Hulco Printers serves mainly the food industry in South Louisiana, and the business is steadily growing day by day. With 50 years in the printing industry, they know the importance of quality printed materials. This will not only help grab their clients’ customers attention but will also strengthen Hulco’s reputation for delivering exceptional work. The process from installation and training to running in full production was a very smooth transition.
