Enfocus Announces Update To Automation Solution

The update for Enfocus Switch introduces a suite of new features and enhancements designed to elevate user experience, improve security and boost productivity.

One of the standout features in this release is the introduction of the Proxy Module, aimed at maintaining the integrity of production environments by allowing Enfocus Switch installations to remain offline without losing connectivity to essential resources. This ensures that critical workflows continue seamlessly while adhering to tight security protocols.

‘The ability to operate in a secure offline environment is invaluable. Our new Proxy Module allows users to access the full capabilities of Enfocus Switch while ensuring their data remains protected and their operations uninterrupted,’ said Steven Nuyt, Head of Product at Enfocus.

The Client Module sees significant usability improvements, including customisable height settings for the Submit Point box and an unrestricted character limit for the Submit Point Description field. These enhancements allow users to tailor their interface to better suit their needs, ensuring a more efficient and user-friendly experience.

For script developers, the update brings new functionalities in Node.js, along with support for ES modules. These features offer greater flexibility and efficiency in managing and deploying scripts within the Switch environment.

Enfocus Switch 2024 Spring now supports MongoDB version 6, providing users with the latest features and improvements from the database system. This upgrade enhances compatibility and allows users to leverage new advancements for improved performance and reliability. This release also addresses several bugs reported in previous versions, ensuring a more stable and reliable platform for all users.
