Denton Office Solutions (DOS) exhibited the Leitz Icon Label printer at the Africa Print Expo, held last week at Gallagher Convention Centre.
The Leitz Icon Smart Wireless label printer is app-based with Wi-Fi and a USB connection for tablets, smart-phones, laptops or desktop computers. It comes with an integrated cutter for various formats. It can be used to produce paper and plastic labels. Thanks to the Intelligent cartridges, you always know the correct size of labels is loaded and you always know how much is left. It has a Thermo print, so no toner is needed.
In order to handle both die-cut and continuous rolls of label stock, Leitz Icon includes an automatic cutter that cuts continuous label material to the exact right size.
