The formalisation of the independence of Contiweb, which coincides with its 40th anniversary, sees Contiweb further cement its position as a leader in web offset solutions and continue to enhance its offering in the digital market as well as the label and packaging sector.
Previously a subsidiary of Goss International, which has now merged with manroland web systems, Contiweb will continue to operate under ownership of American Industrial Partners (AIP), an investment company focused on building middle market industrial companies.
