The Drupa touchpoint packaging initiative will take place from 16-26 June 2020. The initiative aims to provide insights into packaging design and production based on consumer needs and use, display the latest solutions and applications and show how future packaging and design will deliver additional value, stimuli and growth opportunities.
BOBST is keen to be an active contributor to the project. The company believes that the role of packaging is evolving, and the way brands design, pack and distribute products is changing.
Showcasing the trends of packaging will help converters to visualise the directions packaging production are taking. BOBST, as a major player across labels, flexible packaging, folding carton and corrugated boards production, will provide innovative and concrete samples from idea to finish, working in close cooperation with packaging designers and students to implement these innovations.
