Digiflex is a dedicated modular digital converting finishing line equipped with re-register flexographic print station, lamination, semi-rotary die cutting module with laser die alignment for fast changeovers, and a rapid slit module that automatically sets the slitting blades in seconds.
The new high speed die cutting machine incorporates a fully integrated two spindle semi-automatic turret rewinder, with automatic tail cut and applier. It is equipped with BGM’s renowned easy load die station that vastly improves operator set up times and ease of handling.
Other models include BGM’s label eye inspection slitter rewinder, fitted with E+L’s latest 200% vision inspection system. The latest eco range of energy efficient die cutting and inspection slitter rewinders use less energy than most household electrical appliances. Full demonstrations will be hosted on BGM’s stand at the upcoming Labelexpo Europe 2019.
