Avery Announces AveryPRO Collection

Avery Products Corporation expanded the line of professional-grade pre die-cut and full-sheet label stock for dry toner digital presses with the AveryPRO.

Professional printers and graphic designers can now purchase new unique pressure-sensitive substrates, including the luxurious Soft Touch and a durable polyester film with permanent adhesive.

Exclusive to AveryPRO, the beautiful Soft Touch substrate offers an understated elegance that transforms a basic label application into a touchable experience. Its addition to the collection complements the recent success of the Soft Touch label stock that AveryPRO introduced for HP Indigo presses earlier this year.

Along with branding premium products like soaps, candies and cosmetics, this satiny label stock is ideal for adding an elegant finish to any item. The Soft Touch coating, which eliminates the need for post-production finishes and speeds up the printing process while reducing costs and increasing profitability, is the first of its kind in the pressure-sensitive market.

The new white durable polyester film is optimised to withstand tough environments and conditions. It’s tough and flexible, as well as hot and cold temperature resistant. It’s perfect for branding and identification, serial numbers, industrial labelling, outdoor products and food and beverage items. The long-lasting permanent adhesive is also FDA compliant for indirect food contact.

Along with these two exciting new materials, AveryPRO is adding a collection of semi-gloss and clear label stock available with both permanent and removable adhesives. ‘Avery is excited to continue its expansion of the AveryPRO digital press range with our new collection for dry toner presses,’ said Liz Sanchez, group product manager for Avery Products Corporation. The new line augments our existing collection of quality substrates, with the addition of some unique new materials like Soft Touch and durable PET.’

All of the new products are ideal for short-run, print-on-demand applications and are available in 30.48cm x 30.48cm (12” x 18”) sheets that are engineered specifically for dry toner digital presses.
