Art Board and Parker Craft have announced their merger effective as of 1 March 2014. The merged companies will be known as Art Board which will now trade out of Parker Craft’s premises located in Germiston, with additional warehousing within the Parker Craft industrial complex.
The two companies have been friendly competitors for several years and this merged business will offer excellent synergy and a comprehensive range of art materials that will be supplied under one roof.
Members from both companies are looking forward to discussing the merger and the administrative changes that will come into effect.
