Altron Document Solutions (ADS) has installed a Xerox B9100 at Minuteman Press Kempton Park.
The machine features walk-up simplicity and production-level capability in one compact device; reliability with exceptional image quality and is endlessly configurable, with feeding, finishing and Digital Front End options to fit every print environment.
Owner Barry Pottinger explained that they had been with a previous supplier before but decide to change for various reasons, one of them being Xerox’s name in the market, especially as far as black and white capabilities are concerned.
He praised the standard kit for being well specced, and printing fast and with good quality. He also said that the machine will enhance the business’s capabilities in terms of becoming more productive, being able to get jobs out quicker and offering customers a quicker turnaround time.
‘It’s definitely about speed, the previous machines that we had were breaking down and hindered us from meeting our customers’ deadlines, so with this new machine we’re able to meet those demands,’ said Pottinger.
‘The service so far has been great, ADS have gone out of their way to help us. We ran out of toner and their technician went and fetched it for us. Everybody that has been here so far, right from the person who installed the machine, has been very friendly and willing to help at any time. It has been a good experience so far.’
