A record number of 310 visitors attended the Africa Print Polokwane Regional Expo, which took place on 14 May at Meropa Casino.

Exhibitors were impressed with the high turnout and busy expo.

‘We were pleasantly surprised at the number of visitors at the show. Our stand was busy and we have quality leads to follow up on. There was a good mix of start-up businesses looking for new opportunities and established businesses looking to upgrade their equipment. It was important for Xerox to be here to show our full support for our dealership in the region,’ said Paul Haglich, Marketing Manager for Production Systems at Bytes Document Solutions.

‘The show has been very good. There was an impressive number of visitors and we will definitely generate business from contacts we made at the expo,’ said Jarrid Cloete, Dealer Manager, RISO Africa.

‘The visitor turnout was very good and the quality of visitors was superb. There were serious buyers looking for new equipment, particularly on the the finishing side,’ said Kevin Moore, Print Finishing Sales Manager, Rexel.

Judges visited each stand at the expo and judged the stands according to criteria based on design and staff friendliness and professionalism. The stand winners and runners up include:

Africa Print Best Small Stand Award:
Riso

Africa Print Best Medium Stand Award:

Africa Print Best Large Stand Award:
