Africa Print Expo Reports Increased Visitor Attendance At Durban Event

The Africa Print Durban Expo was a huge success, with 1292 visitors attending the event (a 21% increase from the 2013 Expo, which had 1073 visitors) and exhibitors reporting good leads and sales on the day.

Highlights included:

Platinum Expo sponsor Xerox showcased products seen for the first time in Durban, such as the new Versant 2100 press and IJP 2000 inkjet wide format printer. The 100 page-per-minute Versant 2100 Press is versatile for any production environment and combines speed, exclusive image quality and automation features.

RISO Africa exhibited its ComColor 9150 150 page per minute InkJet Printer with Perfect Binder and ComColor 9150 with Inline Wrapping Envelope Finisher.

Konica Minolta South Africa showcased innovative production solutions such as the bizhub C1060, the flagship bizhub PRESS C1100 and the bizhub PRO 1052.

Judges visited each stand at the expo and judged the stands according to criteria based on design and staff friendliness and professionalism. The stand winners and runners up include:
