The side suspensions allow for easy access for fast anilox inspection, maintenance and cleaning. Engineered to any OEM specifications, the TRESU UniPrint Easy is an automated floating suspension concept that automatically adjusts the contact pressure to ensure optimal positioning of the chamber doctor blade systems – ensuring optimal printing quality.
The floating suspension concept continuously adapts to the wear and tear of the individual blades. The compact and robust pneumatic design with excellent price-performance ratio and low cost-to-print is remote controlled and enables automatic positioning of multiple chamber systems in remote or hard to reach locations.
TRESU UniPrint Easy Chamber Doctor Blade System offers a clamping system using the E-Line change mechanism, ensuring even and precise blade clamping with rapid and easy action in widths up to 1600mm. The surface and materials offered are aluminium with hard anodised surface and the (HA-S) treatment is recommended for most applications. Aluminium with ceramic (TRESU CFX) coated surface is used for aggressive ink, coating or detergent.
