The In-Mold Decorating Association (IMDA) recognises industry leaders in in-mould labelling (IML), in-mould decorating (IMD) and in-mould electronics (IME).
Ren-Flex Packaging South Africa took gold over the most renowned printers of IML in the world in the Best Use of IML category, with their Romano Classic Body Cream 470ml and Arthur Ford Body Cream for brand owners Canway Supply Chain Solutions and AF Brands respectively. Moulding was done by Durban based Teqal.
Winners of the 2023 IMDA Awards Competition were announced at the Plastic Product Decorating Summit on September 28 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Entries were received from around the world, showcasing the best in in-mould design and technical achievement in markets ranging from food and beauty packaging to appliance and consumer electronics.
