KOMORI NO LONGER EXHIBITING AT IPEX 2014

Komori Corporation has withdrawn its presence at Ipex 2014, due to several strategic and economical movements in the printing industry.

The decision not to exhibit has been taken after organising internal meetings and discussions with customers as well as by investigating market developments within the EMEAR region.

The company believes that today’s customers and prospects are more selective about attending graphic trade shows. Due to the current economic situation signing a contract during a show is not standard anymore. As a press manufacturer, Komori creates a long term partnership by analysing customer demands to compose tailor-made printing solutions, which fits the needs of the printing companies.

Komori believes customer needs have changed into a more personal and local approach and demands are more complex. This leads to longer investigation and more time to present the best possible offers for the installation of Komori’s equipment, supplies and service. The company will continue showing new innovations in webfed, sheetfed and digital machinery, supplies and service for the printing industry. In Europe, the company will further evolve its successful events like Demo Days and Open House Events as well as supporting its European distributor network participating in local graphic trade shows.
