ImPress Systems has announced an Auto Position (AP) Option for the Foil Xpress™ on demand digital foil printer. It makes personalising a 203 mm (8”) x 305 mm (12”) area easier and more cost effective.
This newest version of Foil Xpress™ will automatically print hot foil onto leather, vinyl, plastic and paper items, including book covers (such as thesis papers) and finished books, photographs and photo mats, presentation and report covers, novelties and advertising specialty items. It is also suitable for ID cards, name badges, wedding albums, invitations and more.
The machine has a print resolution of up to 300 dpi x 600 dpi; eliminates blocks or make up in type; reduces direct and indirect printing costs; is computer driven and is extremely easy-to-use. It is equally suited for ‘runs of one’ or longer run lengths.
